Ramón do Casar Nobre wine is made exclusively with Treixadura grapes from the Ramón do Casar winery's own vineyards, planted on the slopes of the Miño River, in the province of Ourense, in the Ribeiro DO.
Harvested by hand, the grapes were selected by hand in the vineyard and again on the sorting table. Throughout the entire vinification process, this white wine with crianza ageing has the support and experience of one of the most important winemakers in the country, Pablo Estévez.
