TASTING NOTES
Appearance:
Bright ruby red color with a medium, clean depth.
Nose:
Intense and complex aromas that combine black fruits such as blackberries and blueberries with notes of scrubland (lavender, dill, rosemary). Hints of balsamic wood are also appreciated, evolving into sweet spices such as vanilla, coconut, clove, and chocolate.
Palate:
A wine with personality and character, where balsamic and menthol elements enhance the flavors of stewed black fruits (maraschino). The finish is long, with slightly bitter oak-aging notes (cocoa, coffee) that cleanse the palate and invite you to continue drinking.
