This wine is made using noble rot (Botrytis cinerea): the grapes are affected by this fungus in a controlled manner, which concentrates sugars and aromas.

TASTING NOTES

Color:

Golden yellow, sometimes with amber highlights, which indicate its sweetness and age.

Nose:

Candied fruits (apricot, peach, mango, depending on the version), honey, white flowers, exotic fruits such as pineapple or banana, also candied citrus fruits or orange peel.

More Than Beers

Palate:

Unctuous, sweet but balanced thanks to good acidity; long and elegant finish. Notes of honey, candied fruits, a touch of minerality or fresh almond.
