Seis+Seis is a red wine produced by Bodegas Doña Felisa in the D.O. Sierras de Malaga.
Nowadays, the different wines of Bodega Doña Felisa are the expression of an exclusive area that has been studied for centuries to obtain wines of the highest quality.
Its elaboration is based on a careful and very limited production of the vineyard, transmitting to the wine the expression of the Terroir where it is located.
TASTING NOTES
Deep cherry red colour, clean and bright.
High aromatic intensity. Wild black fruits, blueberries intertwined with hints of chocolate and spicy toasted notes from the French oak barrels. Saline notes stand out.
Smooth and enveloping entry with floral notes, with a slight bitterness that lengthens its passage on the palate. Very mineral with a hint of liquorice, enveloped by liquorice notes. On the palate, powerful and full, with a pleasant mouthfeel, an elegant and long finish.
FOOD PAIRING
It goes very well with fish dishes due to its salinity, as well as with pasta dishes and grilled meats.
