As its name suggests, the most distinctive feature of this wine is its aging in a 900-liter clay vat, a container in which it remains for a year during its aging. Thanks to the porosity of this material, the amphora stabilizes and polishes the tannins. This small-production red reveals a fruitier side of Petit Verdot, with a very suggestive mineral note.

Appearance
Cherry color with violet rims.
Nose
Notes of currants and blackberries.
Palm
Intense and velvety, with soft, well-balanced tannins. The mid-palate is savory and deep, with a lingering finish. This is an expressive and elegant wine, with abundant fruit and complex minerality.
