Trasnocho is inspired by the ancient tradition -now extinct- of Rioja's trasnocho wines. It is the result of the development of a very original wine extraction system, with a PVC bag that is filled with water and presses the skins, thus releasing up to 70% of the wine. The result is a red wine with a marked fruity expression at the right point of maturity, round and tasty and at the same time with a good ageing capacity.
