A subtle, fresh, and mineral white wine, considered one of the winery's most distinctive offerings. It is crafted from grapes grown in specific vineyard plots—such as La Serrana—where sandy and clay soils impart finesse and character.

Appearance:

Bright straw-yellow color with pale golden hues; clean and luminous.

Nose:

Aromatic and intense, featuring notes of white flowers, ripe apricot, peach, and a touch of fresh citrus. An elegant, subtle mineral undertone adds complexity.

Palate:

Smooth, silky entry with the pleasant, oily texture characteristic of Viognier. It feels balanced, with a fresh acidity that prevents it from feeling heavy. It offers an enveloping mouthfeel with medium-to-full body.
