TASTING NOTES
Appearance
Pale straw yellow, very bright and clean, with steely touches on the rim.
Nose
Intense and varied aromas: apricot, sweet lime, grapefruit, lychee, and tropical fruits (such as pineapple or mango), complemented by floral notes, minerals, and some spices and fresh herbs.
Palm
Medium-bodied, with an excellent balance between acidity and alcohol. Fresh, expressive, and persistent; it leaves a long, clean finish with well-integrated fruit flavors.
