Torres Waltraud 2023 is a white wine from the D.O. Penedès produced by Torres. This wine is a single varietal Riesling.
Torres Waltraud is born from the best harvests of Riesling, one of the most aromatic varieties that evolves into wines -like this one- elegant and very fruity.
After entering the winery, the grapes undergo an initial fermentation process. The must of Torres Waltraud is vinified in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of less than 20º.
Torres Waltraud is a wine dedicated to Miguel Torres' wife, Waltraud Maczassek. The variety of wine, Riesling, comes from Germany, although it has adapted perfectly to the Penedès: exactly the same as Waltraud Maczassek.
