TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow colour with greenish traces, very clean and bright. Intense aroma on the nose, with hints of flowery fruits, peach, apricot, pineapple and jasmine intermingled with subtle notes of light ageing on lees. Unctuous, gourmand, pleasant and full of harmony, with an excellent aftertaste that lingers in the memory.
FOOD PAIRING
It goes very well with appetizers and tapas.
