Bodegas Torres makes this organic white wine with a fine citrus aroma and delicate palate from a strict selection of Parellada and Grenache Blanc, two of the traditional grape varieties of DO Catalunya. Both varieties were harvested separately in a harvest that, due to the particular climatic conditions of that year, with a cool and very rainy spring and a mild summer, produced grapes of great quality, giving rise to a wine of marked freshness and aromatics.
