MEMORIAS DEL RAMBAM BRUT RESERVA 2022

Memorias del Rambam Cava Brut Reserva 2022 – Cava de Requena made with 100% Macabeo from old vines. It follows the traditional method, aging on lees for at least 24 months in underground cellars. Pale yellow in color with straw-colored reflections and fine bubbles, it offers delicate aromas of brioche, fine pastries, and nuts on an elegant fruity background. On the palate, it is creamy, harmonious, and fresh, with balanced acidity that adds length.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance:

It presents a pale yellow color with golden reflections, combined with a creamy foam and very fine bubbles, the result of its prolonged aging on lees.

Nose:

Delicate aromas of pastries, especially pastries and brioche, are perceived, accompanied by nuts (such as almonds) on a subtle fruity substrate.

Taste:

Elegant entry, with a truly creamy foam and integrated carbonation.
