Black Whiskey De Maiz Dorado 70 CL Peru

It presents an amber color, caramel, bright and clean, with intense tears. At first nose notes of roasted corn, with hints of vanilla and smoky notes. As the minutes pass, dried fruits, chestnuts, raisins and dried apricots begin to emerge. At the end there are notes of coconut, bitter chocolate, coffee and caramel.

The first contact on the palate is intense, the alcoholic sensation is present, and in the second sip is much friendlier and with a few drops of water the alcoholic sensation is alleviated. Gradually an undertone of spices where cinnamon and cardamom stands out. It is an intense whiskey with a lot of personality, a bitter aftertaste and delicate acidity.
