TASTING NOTES
Appearance:
Bright amber color with intense golden reflections. Clean and with good density, leaving fine tears in the glass.
Nose:
Complex and elegant aroma. Notes of dried fruit, vanilla, caramel, honey, and sweet spices such as cinnamon and cloves are appreciated. Also present are nuances of toasted oak, cocoa, and a subtle hint of sherry due to its aging in solera barrels.
Palm:
Smooth and silky entry. The palate is balanced and round, with flavors of nuts, toffee, sweet spices, and a slight, pleasant bitterness from the oak. Long, warm and slightly spicy finish, with persistent sweet and woody notes.
