Pisco Sarcay 05 Homenaje Mosto Verde Acholado 42° is a special edition from the Peruvian Sarcay distillery, located in the Azpitia Valley. This exclusive cuvée combines green musts from the Mollar (40%), Torontel (25%), Italia (25%), and Albilla (10%) varieties, selected for their quality and aromatic expression. The distillation process is carried out with incompletely fermented grapes, which preserves the natural sugars and gives the pisco exceptional smoothness and complexity. With an alcohol content of 42%, this pisco is presented in an elegant 700 ml bottle, ideal for special occasions and as a luxury gift.
