UNDONE No. 2 – “This is Not Gin” is a non-alcoholic alternative (approximately 0.3% ABV) inspired by the London Dry style. It is made from real gin that is subsequently dealcoholized using a patented process, preserving its essential botanical aromas.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance:

It presents a light amber hue with golden highlights that play with the light, hinting at its elegance.

Nose:

It unfolds an aromatic symphony where floral notes of elderflower predominate, followed by herbal nuances and a citrus background reminiscent of orange peel.
