The Dom Pérignon Vintage 2017 is an exceptional cuvée that stands out for its complexity and elegance. Made with a blend of 51% Pinot Noir and 49% Chardonnay, this vintage reflects the bounty of 2017, marked by extreme weather conditions that, despite everything, allowed for optimal grape ripening. Harvesting began on September 7, 2015, under radiant sunshine, and continued for three weeks. The grapes, in excellent health, revealed perfect ripeness, ideal for the creation of this exceptional champagne.

TASTING NOTES
Appearance:
Bright golden color with slightly amber reflections, a sign of long aging in the cellar and rich aromatic complexity.
Nose:
It initially opens with deep, toasted notes of cocoa, anise, and cardamom. It evolves into a complex floral bouquet with hints of jasmine, linden, and peony, all enhanced by a vegetal and fruity freshness marked by accents of chlorophyll, orange peel, and green papaya.
Palate:
On the palate, Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 is full-bodied and generous. It opens with notes of nectarine, peach, and citrus, wrapped in a subtle bitterness reminiscent of gentian. The texture is both delicate and stimulating, creating a tactile and captivating experience.
