DOMAINE VINCEY COIN GRIS 2020

Domaine Vincey Coin Gris 2020 is a Blanc de Blancs champagne made with 100% Chardonnay grapes from a historic plot called "Coin Gris," planted in 1954 in the Grand Cru of Oger, in the Côte des Blancs. Under the direction of Quentin and Marine Vincey, the winery practices biodynamic agriculture and vinifies in a manner respectful of the terroir, using native yeasts and fermenting in oak barrels, with a 10-month aging on lees.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance:

It has a pale yellow color with golden hues, denoting its oak aging.

Nose:

Complex aromas of ripe stone fruits, notes of toasted coconut, and light pastry nuances, resulting from its aging in wood.​

Palm:

The palate is full-bodied and structured, with rich, concentrated flavors of ripe fruit and a creamy touch. Its vibrant acidity provides balance and freshness, culminating in a long, elegant finish.
