DOMAINE VINCEY LE GRAN JARDIN GRAND CRU 2020

Domaine Vincey Le Grand Jardin Grand Cru 2020 is a Blanc de Blancs champagne made with 100% Chardonnay grapes from a historic plot called "Le Grand Jardin," planted in 1967 in Oger, a renowned Grand Cru of the Côte des Blancs. Vinification is carried out with native yeasts, without malolactic fermentation, clarification, or filtration. The wine matures for 12 months on its lees in French oak barrels, with light bâtonnage and regular topping up (ouillage) to maintain its freshness.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance:

It has a pale yellow color with golden hues, reflecting its oak aging.

Nose:

It offers complex aromas of yellow plum, cedar, pastry, and ripe citrus fruits, with subtle toasted and spicy notes.​

Palm:

The palate is full-bodied and enveloping, with a silky texture and flavors reminiscent of ripe fruit and toasted notes. The juicy acidity provides balance, culminating in a long, elegant finish.
