Dom Perignon Vintage 2012 is a sparkling wine. On the nose it is very complex and changing, full of floral and fruity nuances (apricot, mirabelle plum), with hints of minerals and spices (white pepper). The palate is fresh and vibrant, explosive. Savoury acidity framed by an equally rich bitterness. Deep, penetrating flavours culminating in ginger, tobacco and toasty aromas.
