Cote Luna is a wine made in VT Castilla y León. For those who wish to taste surprising wines.
Its nickname "Luna", is in honour and respect to the travelling companion of this wine that has accompanied it since its creation.
In the whole process of creating this wine (harvest, fermentation, ageing and bottling), the three cycles of the moon (waxing - waning, epigee - apogee and waxing - waning) have been taken into account exclusively and only, and their interpretation by the experiences already contrasted, to bring out some very different and exceptional nuances, closely linked to the femininity of the moon.
It is a wine that surprises for the interpretation of its conception at the time of elaborating the three varieties that compose it, Aragonese, Petit Verdot and Garnacha in equal parts and for using only French oak barrels from a cooperage that produces Biodynamic barrels certified with the name of LUNESSENCE* (THE ESSENCE OF THE MOON).
It is a wine that, because of its frankness in all its aspects, the result of uniting a philosophy and an understanding, does not leave you indifferent, allowing you to see the characteristics of each vineyard in a very clear way.
