It has a pale yellow color with greenish reflections, accompanied by fine, persistent bubbles that lend visual elegance.

The palate is fresh and invigorating, with a pure and upright texture. Citrus and mineral flavors provide tension and balance, culminating in a slightly saline and highly salivating finish.
