The Etienne Sandrin A Travers Celles Extra Brut 2021 is a champagne made from a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, grown in the family vineyard in Celles-sur-Ource, in the Aube region. Vinification takes place in stainless steel with spontaneous fermentation and a minimal sugar dose (3.5 g/l), preserving the freshness and character of the terroir.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance:

It presents a pale yellow color with greenish reflections, accompanied by fine, persistent bubbles that provide visual elegance.

Nose:

Aromas of fresh fruits such as raspberries and currants stand out, complemented by floral notes of orange blossom and light citrus nuances of ripe orange.

Palm:

The palate is fresh and invigorating, with a pure and straight texture. Citrus and mineral flavors provide tension and balance, culminating in a lingering, elegant finish.
