Brut Nature with an elegant appearance, pale golden colour and slightly coppery highlights characteristic of Pinot Noir vinification in white. Fine, persistent and well-integrated bubbles, forming a delicate and continuous crown.

TASTING NOTES
Nose:
Intense and very expressive aroma. Delicate red fruit notes (raspberry, wild strawberry) stand out, blended with hints of ripe white fruit and citrus touches. The ageing process brings aromas of fine pastries, light nuts and a very elegant mineral background.
Boca:
Creamy, full-bodied and balanced on the palate. The bubbles are very well integrated and give it a silky texture. Flavours of fresh red fruit, ripe apple and hints of toast appear. Freshness marked by lively acidity that sustains a long, clean and slightly salty finish, very characteristic of high-quality sparkling wines.
