Appearance
Bright white gold color with fine, persistent bubbles.
Nose
Complex and elegant: aromas of honeysuckle, lemon, clementine, and fresh butter, followed by subtle notes of hazelnut and honey.
Palm
Delicate and fresh entry, with flavors of candied lemon and fresh hazelnut. Silky texture, mineral profile, and remarkable persistence. Floral and citrus notes also stand out, along with a finish of dried fruits and pastries.
