Paul Dethune Cuvée Ancienne 2014 is an exquisite champagne produced by the renowned Paul Dethune winery. This cuvée is an exceptional expression of the art of winemaking and reflects the quality and distinctive character of Champagnes from the Champagne region of France.
Cuvée Ancienne 2014 is made from grapes selected from the winery's own vineyards, which are cultivated following environmentally friendly viticultural practices. The grapes used in this cuvée are mainly Pinot Noir, which gives structure, elegance and fruitiness to the champagne. A proportion of Chardonnay is also added, which contributes freshness and finesse.
This champagne is characterised by its elegant pale golden colour with bright highlights. On the nose, it displays a captivating range of aromas, including notes of ripe fruits such as apples, pears and citrus, complemented by nuances of white flowers and subtle hints of toast.
On the palate, the Cuvée Ancienne 2014 shows a balanced structure and a silky texture. Fruit flavours blend harmoniously with notes of brioche, almonds and minerals, providing exceptional complexity and depth. Well-integrated acidity and fine, persistent bubbles contribute to a refined and pleasurable tasting experience.
This champagne has been aged in the cellars of the winery for an extended period, which has allowed it to develop great complexity and elegant maturity. The result is a high quality product that can be appreciated both on special occasions and in moments of celebration.
