Triptyque Brut Nature by Timothee Stroebel is composed of a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay.
The vines grow on mixed soils, including sand, chalk and clay, all located in the municipality of Villers Allerand which is classified as Premier Cru.
Timothee's non-interventionist method frees champagne from chemical additives, following the line of spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts.
