TASTING NOTES
Appearance:
Pale golden yellow, bright and luminous, with greenish reflections reminiscent of the light of dawn.
Nose:
Delicate and complex aromas that combine white fruits such as vineyard peach and poached pear with linden blossom and hawthorn. Subtle notes of marzipan and sweet spices are also perceived, adding depth to the bouquet.
Palm:
Fresh and elegant on entry, with a fine and creamy texture thanks to its gentle effervescence. The flavors of ripe peach combine with poached pear and a touch of rhubarb, offering a sense of balance and tension. The vibrant acidity and minerality of the finish bring freshness and longevity to the whole.
