TASTING NOTES
Appearance
Pale yellow color with golden highlights, bright and clean. The bubbles are fine and persistent, characteristic of its prolonged aging.
Nose
Fresh and delicate aromas, with notes of white fruits such as apple and pear, accompanied by hints of citrus. Herbaceous and floral nuances are also appreciated, with a subtle background of nuts and toasted bread due to its aging on lees.
Palm
On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with well-integrated acidity that enhances the fruit flavors. The bubbles are creamy and elegant, providing a smooth texture. The finish is long and clean, with a slightly mineral aftertaste that leaves a refreshing sensation.
