Description

De Nit Rosé 2024 is an organic cava made from a combination of native varieties: 40% Xarel-lo, 34% Macabeo, 19% Parellada and 7% Monastrell. The grapes are harvested by hand and the grapes enter the winery by gravity. The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, separating varieties and soil types. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, with a minimum aging of 18 months in rhyme position, without the addition of expedition liqueur.

TASTING NOTE

Appearance:

Pale pinkish color with salmon reflections, clean and bright.

Nose:

Complex and elegant aromas, with notes of fresh red fruits such as cherries and raspberries, accompanied by floral and citrus hints.

Palate:

Fresh and vibrant entry, with well-integrated acidity providing balance. The palate is creamy and fruity, with a long and persistent finish.
