HI 2018
Thanks to a special ink, we find a completely black label at room temperature. However, when heat is applied to it (e.g. with a lighter), it reveals a hidden secret.
There is no need to apply excessive heat, just a little heat and the label becomes visible without altering the temperature of the wine. It will return to its initial state without after-effects after lowering the temperature, hiding its contents once again.
TASTING NOTES
Intense cherry red garnet with purple rim.
Nose of high aromatic intensity with excellent fruit expression. Very ripe black fruit, fine and delicate spices, subtle roasted and smoked notes, and elegant balsamic and mineral notes.
Excellent entry on the palate with creamy sensations and a sweet, refined texture. A powerful, muscular wine, not lacking in finesse, fleshy and enveloping with silky, polished and balanced tannins.
The weight of the fruit dominates in retronasal over a slightly toasted background. Persistent, with a long finish full of elegance and complexity.
FOOD PAIRING
Oily or rock fish stews. Semi-cured or cured aromatic cheeses.
Red meats, stews or roasts with aromatic Mediterranean herbs.
Gazpacho Jumillano and Iberian or smoked sausages.
