TASTING NOTES
Eye
Golden yellow colour with crystalline edges, bright and clean with a corpulent appearance due to the lees work in granite.
Nose
Medium-high intensity, clean, correct, fruity, as soon as the wine is introduced on the nose, white fruits such as pear, reinette apple and ripe lychee appear. Citrus that takes us back to childhood like lemon Mirinda and reinette apples.
The contribution of the granite brings floral notes, minerals, sapid and great aromas of aging as butters, honey and at the same time very milky. With balsamic touches.
Palate
Full-bodied in the mouth, round, balanced acidity that shows the wine's long finish. With an aftertaste of buttery aromas of stone fruit such as peach and white fruits such as pear, apple and canteloupe.
FOOD PAIRING
Pasta cheeses, seafood and seafood stews such as suquét and smoked foods, ideal for spicy dishes.
