Alto De La Cruz 2021, red representative of the most special wines of the region. Alto is a prestigious bottle of Sierra Cantabria, which produce only 2 to 3 clusters in a harvest carried out in a very artisanal way and under a meticulous aging.
The grapes are delicately pressed and the must is cold macerated for 6 days. It is then fermented in stainless steel tanks with the use of natural yeasts. It contains 15% alcohol;
