Amontillado Tradición VORS
Amontillado Tradición VORS is a benchmark of oenological know-how.
A single variety of Palomino grape, it is aged in American oak casks with a high degree of solera ageing, first as fino under the veil of flor and then for a longer period of time without it.
This process, due to the large number of scales it has, causes a subtle evolution in its organoleptic characteristics.
TASTING NOTES
An amber colour with iodised trimmings, elegant, complex, highly evolved nose, with hints of hazelnuts and a very powerful, dry and long persistence on the palate. Its more than forty years of ageing and its limited production guarantee an exclusive quality.
