This is an organic single-vineyard wine, designed to precisely express the character of the terroir. It comes from a high-altitude vineyard (approximately 600 m), with clay-limestone soils and an eastern exposure, which favors slow and balanced grape ripening.

TASTING NOTES
Appearance:
Intense cherry-red color with a violet rim and a deep hue, indicating youth and concentration.
Nose:
Aromatic and elegant, with a predominance of fresh red fruits (cherry, raspberry) and hints of ripe plum. Floral nuances (violet), notes of undergrowth, and subtle hints of spice and black tea also appear.
Palate:
Juicy and fresh on the entry, with a well-defined structure. The tannins are firm yet fine, providing tension and balance. A slender and fluid mouthfeel, with good acidity and a long, persistent, and fruity finish with a subtle mineral undertone.
