Azpilicueta Colección Privada Blanco 2023 is a premium white wine produced by Bodegas Azpilicueta in the D.O.Ca. Rioja. This wine is made with Viura grapes grown in the Fuenmayor vineyards, where the diverse soils and microclimates lend complexity and elegance to the wine. The winemaking process includes fermentation in American oak barrels with gentle, prolonged toasting, followed by aging on lees, which gives it a creamy texture and greater aromatic complexity.
