TASTING NOTES

Appearance

Intense purple-red color with violet reflections. High, bright, and visually very attractive.

Nose

Deep, typical Syrah aromas: black fruits (blackberry, blueberry, plum), black pepper, and black olive notes. Floral nuances (violet), fine leather, and a smoky/mineral touch reminiscent of graphite also emerge.

Palate

Straight forward, with a medium-full body and fine tannins. Black fruit dominates the palate, complemented by spicy and slightly balsamic notes. The texture is silky yet taut, displaying good natural acidity. The finish is lingering, with a mineral and spicy aftertaste that reflects the typical character of the northern Rhône.
