Tasting Notes:
Appearance:
Bright golden yellow with greenish glints, clean and very intense, reflecting its youth and quality.
Nose:
The nose is complex and delicate, with aromas of ripe white fruits such as apple and pear, combined with subtle hints of white flowers and an elegant background of toasted oak and vanilla notes, typical of its barrel aging.
Palate:
On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and well-structured, with fresh acidity that perfectly balances the smoothness of the body. Citrus fruit flavors stand out, along with a mineral touch and a long, lingering finish, with a delicate aftertaste of nuts and butter.
