CHAMBOLLE-MUSIGNY PREMIER CRU LES SENTIERS 2020

Between Vougeot and Morey-Saint-Denis, in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, the small town of Chambolle-Musigny takes its name from an ancient Celtic village called “Cambola”.

The Premier Cru “Les Sentiers” is located on the border of Chambolle-Musigny and Morey-Saint-Denis, below the Grand Cru Bonnes-Mares.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: Very fine, revealing aromas of red fruits (raspberry, strawberry, etc.) and subtle flowers (rose, violet, etc.).

MOUTH: Very fragrant, fleshy and delicate, with silky tannins. Its finish is long and refined.

PAIRING: Roasted or sautéed meats (poultry, veal, lamb, feathered game) or mild-flavored cheeses. Ideal recipe: Grenadian veal with morels.
