TASTING NOTES
Appearance
Pale lemon yellow color with bright golden reflections and a thin, glycerin-like tear.
Nose
Elegant and intense. Aromas of sponge cake, pastries, lemon peel, and white flowers are perceived, accompanied by nuances of anise, menthol, and fennel. Aeration also reveals smoky notes, soft spices, aromatic herbs, and toasted nuts.
Palm
Flavorful, unctuous, and full-bodied entry, with a silky texture and surprising freshness. The mid-palate is elegant, with a notable balance between the fruit, the barrel aging (toasted notes), and balanced acidity. The finish is very long and persistent, with an aftertaste of ripe fruit and fresh herbaceous nuances.
