After a truly heroic viticulture, each of the bunches used to make this naturally sweet white wine has remained in the sun for 9 days on portions of land known as "paseros", allowing the sugars to concentrate. Very intense and fragrant, with hints of white flowers and a citrus touch, and a fresh, broad and intense finish.
