A single-varietal Chardonnay from the Serranía de Ronda region, harvested manually at night to preserve its fruity character, its aging in French oak barrels adds complexity and makes it a great culinary ally. A white wine that expresses an intense and structured personality, with tropical aromas shining through. This surprising wine has a very limited production, and all bottles are hand-numbered.

Appearance
Bright yellow color with golden edges.
Nose
Intense and fruity. Citrus and tropical aromas shine against a floral background with notes of hazelnut.
Palm
Elegant, light, and fresh. It offers a pleasant texture and a savory aftertaste.
