TASTING NOTES
Appearance:
Pale yellow color with golden highlights, clean and bright.
Nose:
High aromatic intensity. Prominent aromas of tropical fruits (pineapple, passion fruit) and citrus fruits (grapefruit, lemon), accompanied by herbaceous notes (fresh grass, fennel) and an elegant background of vanilla and toast from barrel aging.
Palate:
A fresh and lively entry, with good acidity that provides balance. A broad and structured mid-palate, with a slightly creamy texture. The fruit flavors are perceived again along with subtle, well-integrated oak notes. A long, persistent, and elegant finish.
