80% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano, 10% Mazuelo
The grapes are harvested at the end of October. Pre-fermentation maceration is carried out for 2-3 days at 12ºC. Vinification at a controlled temperature of 25ºC in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. Daily pumping over is carried out to increase color extraction. Aged for 12 months in Bordeaux barrels of American and French oak. Resting for 12 months in bottle. Unfiltered wine.
