TASTING NOTES

Appearance

Intense violet-colored depth and persistent tears.

Nose

Intense aromas of ripe black fruit such as cassis, blueberries, and blackberries. Subtle notes of red fruit and nuances of violet also appear. A light aroma of wood is well blended without overshadowing the ever-present fruit. Hints of licorice and the presence of clay from the Fuentecén moors.

Palm

On the palate, this is a lively wine with a very pleasant and balanced entry. Long-drinking. Good balance of acidity, tannins, and alcohol. At retronasal stage, it once again reveals its fruity essence.
