TASTING NOTE
Mouth
It is a fresh, light and balanced wine, with pleasant acidity and a long and persistent finish. Its flavor is intense, with notes of lemon, grapefruit and green apple, with a very pleasant mineral touch.

Nose
Fresh aromas are reminiscent of sweet grapefruit and pineapple and show light notes of anise and fennel.
