TASTING NOTES
View:
Intense cherry red colour, with a deep hue and dense tears that "ink" the glass.
Nose:
A broad and complex aromatic range combining hints of ripe red fruits with balsamic and spicy notes (eucalyptus, clove), alongside nuances of dried apricots, cocoa and roasted flavours imparted by barrel ageing.
Mouth:
Full-bodied on the palate, with perfectly integrated sweet tannins. The finish is very persistent and complex, with hints of Indian ink and leather.
