It is aged following the traditional Soleras and Criaderas system in Jerez de la Frontera.
Lively and elegant, its character and uniqueness are appreciated all over the world.
TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow colour, clear and bright. Lively and elegant on the nose, with subtle aromas of almonds. Very dry in the mouth, round and balanced, with character and harmony. The finish is long and persistent.
FOOD PAIRING
Excellent with olives, almonds, ham, cheese, cold meats and all kinds of tapas.
