Winemaking

Fermentation for two weeks in stainless steel at 14 and 16 ºC in barrels.
To enhance the qualities of this wine an "assemblage" has been carried out, fermenting 50% in stainless steel vats and the rest fermenting and ageing in barrels for 6 months.
