TASTING NOTES

Color:

A deep, almost impenetrable cherry red with garnet reflections and a slight lightening toward the edge, a sign of its long aging period.

Nose:

A layered bouquet that combines ripe black fruits (black cherry, blackberry) with notes of mocha, tobacco, and cedar, evolving toward nuances of graphite, dried rosemary, and a slight minerality that reflects its high-altitude origins.

Palm:

A powerful and elegant impact, with concentrated fruit well supported by fine, integrated tannins. Despite its density, it maintains freshness and precision thanks to a cold acid structure, with a persistent finish marked by hints of dark chocolate, spices and a subtle minerality.
